Sauted. Sealed. Delivered.

I based my grocery list off that fun little blog I mentioned yesterday. I'm glad I did. For dinner I made a mushroom, onion, avacado and egg scramble. I snuck in some feta cheese and wrapped it up in a whole wheat tortilla.

My mom called while I was cooking and the conversation went like this:

Mom: Hey! What are you up to?

Me: I'm sauteing some mushrooms...because that's what grown-ups do.

We all have different definitions of adulthood and what the threshold is. Sauteing mushrooms was my rite of passage.
