Meppy Thanksgivmas!

As I stated on a Facebook status today, there are only eight days left until I put up my Christmas tree and decorate my apartment. I love the way everything is going to smell and I'm going to love turning all the other lights off to let the lights on the tree shine.

This year, more than any other of the years in my brief history, has gone by so fast that the upcoming holidays don't seem to fit yet. The fact that Thanksgiving is one week from tomorrow has me almost unsettled. We don't even know what we're doing for Thanksgiving yet. I've been watching the third season of Friends and what I'm most concerned with is organizing a football game like that one Thanksgiving episode. I feel like it's time.
